This hybrid mentorship program serves as a platform to address the underrepresentation of BIPOC communities with disabilities, fostering increased inclusivity and creating avenues for personal and professional growth.
Participants have the opportunity to engage as mentors or mentees, igniting meaningful dialogue through mindfulness practices, community workshops, and networking occasions with influential leaders in the arts sector, accessibility fields, and various professions.
Delivery: Hybrid delivery
The program is delivered virtually on Google Meet or Zoom and in-person within the Greater Toronto Area.
Duration: 10-12 weeks
Participants engage in weekly sessions that foster professional development and community building.
In 2022, we invited our first cohort to come together every Saturday afternoon to build their own dialogue about disability.
